HYBRID EDUCATION CENTER
The Hybrid Education Center project is a unique blend of a school and a night time homeless shelter. During the day, it focuses on providing a solid learning environment for students, while at night, it turns into a shelter for the local homeless population.
The site offers a beautiful waterfront view on the eastern side, and the classrooms are positioned to make the most of this view. The design also features triangular balconies on different floors, providing students with semi-open spaces to hang out, read, and discuss.
Colorful box windows on the building’s exterior not only add visual flair but also help control sunlight and improve energy efficiency.
